Originally from Virginia, Chef Jeff has been immersed in the culinary world since birth. Being from an entire family of good cooks, Chef Jeff can recall being as young as six years old and sitting at the table watching his mother as she decorated a wedding cake. She herself ran a catering business for the majority of his life. So needless to say that cooking and having a great pallet for what good food is supposed to taste like is in Chef Jeff’s blood.

As he grew up, Chef Jeff had the opportunity to travel to other countries and expand his pallet and experience the cultural differences that are expressed through food. Chef Jeff brings a solid knowledge of all aspects of the culinary arena resulting in creative and distinct flavor combinations that celebrate authentic cuisine. He uses the freshest ingredients and applies his considerable creative skill to create beautiful, innovative, and delicious dishes and hors d’oeuvres.
